Our current production time is:

4–7 working days

If there is any unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note: production time begins once your order is confirmed.

Dispatched within 4-7 working days

Courier delivery (2-4 working days transit after dispatch)

Once your order has been dispatched:

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 7 days and retain all packaging.

As all items are made to your specifications, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
