Can I bring my artwork in to choose a frame?
Can I order samples of frames or mounts?
Yes, you can order samples of frames or mounts. There is a small charge per sample. Please call or email our team to request your sample. You will need the frame reference number or mount colour.
What size frame should I order?
Advice on all measuring and sizing is available on our help page. If you are still unsure of sizing and measurements, please contact us before completing your order.
How much does a frame overlap my artwork?
The frame has a rebate which will overlap your artwork by an average of 5mm on each edge. This stops your artwork from falling through the frame. Please visit our help
page for more information.
Can I order a frame with a mount but no overlap?
Yes, you can, by simply adding 6mm to the height and width of your artwork. Please check our help page for more detailed information.
Can I order a multi-aperture frame/mount?
Yes, you can, by calling us with your requirements or send us a drawing by email. We will then get back to you with a price.
What types of materials are used in your frames?
We use a variety of different woods and materials in our frames. Each frame has a description below when you select view product. If you require further advice please call our team.
What is a foil finish?
A foil finish is when the wooden frame is wrapped in a durable printed foil, which gives the frame a different visual effect.
What is the purpose of a barrier/backing board?
The barrier board is an acid neutral back board which prevents creases and ripples in your artwork by keeping it flat and flush to
the glazing. This reduces the effect of fading and discolouration and lengthens the lifespan of your artwork.
How do I use my voucher?
Please enter the code on your voucher at the checkout before final payment.
Which courier do you use?
Your picture(s) will be delivered by DPD, offering you a reliable service with a tracking facility to ensure that you are able to
receive your order within the timescale stated. Samples will be sent by Royal Mail.
How long does delivery take?
Please see our delivery information in the terms and conditions for details. Items will be dispatched by courier following manufacture and every effort is made to adhere to the delivery guidelines stated when placing your order.
